Happy Holidays Everyone! I have to say, I am really feeling in the Holiday Spirit! I am looking forward to spending time with my family! Hearing Holiday music... Decorating the house.. Yes, there is a TON to do.. but isn't there always?? The things we have to do for the Holidays are things that: 1. We DON"T have to do everyday. 2. In fact, we get to decorate our homes and 'spaces' in a new way.. Good feng shui to change our environment! 3. We are creating new traditions and memories in the lives of those around us! 4. It REALLY does keep our mind off the cold, doesn't it? 5. (Suddenly I feel as if I am writing a Top 10 list for Letterman!) 6. It is time to Give and Receive!!...
This is the most important lesson this time of year has in store for us.. Learning to GIVE and learning to RECEIVE... Many of us would rather 'give' than receive.. but then it is ALL the more important to be a gracious receiver. If we aren't comfortable receiving gifts, or praise, or compliments, than you are taking away the pleasure to Give from the GivER. So, please.. be mindful of how you feel in both Giving and Receiving.. BOTH are equally as important..
Our bodies set up a perfect cyclical system to give us exactly what we need and when.. It is called "Breathing" .. (or Respiration for my RN's and Dr's!!) In this simple mechanism, we breath IN (receive) oxygen from the air, which nourishes out entire system NATURALLY, and then we breathe OUT we get rid of excess carbon dioxide and keeps our systems healthy. In our exhale we are GIVING the necessary components for our trees, and plants etc, to live.. It is a system in PERFECT balance. This is what we must always strive for.. Balance.. So consider receiving all your holiday goodies a NECESSARY function for your survival.. You deserve it.. Breathe innnnnnnnn... pause... breathe ouuuuuuttttt..... Perfect.

One of the BEST things that happens in a 'recessed' economy is thatwe are forced to THINK about what we are spending our money on . Instead of filling up our carts with JUNK neither we or our family members NEED, and buying to buy because that is what we do for the holidays.. STOP. Pause. Think of each person you would like to acknowledge..then hold that person in your heart. What does this person really need? Do they need to feel appreciated? Loved? Wanted? Do they need something that soothes them, or something that awakens them? Feeeeeel them. THEN make your decision on what you can give them. And if all else fails.. give a gift card!! Juuuust kidding.
FACEBOOK Ok.. so I have become addicted to FACEBOOK.. This is a website that connects you to old friends, relatives.. whomever you choose! It really is a great way to see how people from your past are doing.. and to keep up with everyone currently in your lives! I looove it.. SPIRITUAL DEVELOPMENT CIRCLES!! WOW WOWOWOWOWOWOWOW!! Our first circle met Sun. Nov 30th.. and BOY! Was it successful! When I first 'threw out' the idea of starting this, i HOPED 6-8 people would be interested.. and by the time our first circle met.. we had 25 AND COUNTING present! I am sooo thrilled so many people are ready and interested in these Spiritual Development circles.. We have decided to meet every other Sunday. If you are interested, please contact me.
LAW OF ATTRACTION CIRCLE If you are also interested in taking a 3 part workshop on the Laws of Attraction, please contact me. Sessions will take place at my office space beginning March 29th. Plans are being made now! Workshop includes overview of the Law, how to 'visualize', how to know and define what it is you really WANT, creating vision boards, and much much more! Cost is $250. MOTHER'S GROUP My sister and I are in the early stages of planning a mother's 'support' group. This is for mothers who are not afraid to talk about their truest feelings about motherhood.. even when you think you are the only one who feels the way you do! We are all in the same boat and we MUST support each other in the hardest job we will ever have! We would like to meet in person once and then set up support emails/chats/phone conferences to keep us going. We are fully aware of time constraints (!) and will make it as user friendly as possible so we can all get something out of it!! Contact me for details!! |

**NEW** House Gatherings Via SKYPE!! For everyone who lives too far away for me to come to your home for a House Gathering, I am attempting CYBER House Gatherings!! (Idea came to me thanks to Kristine N in Florida!!) You invite your friends to your home.. set up your webcam and sign up for Skype. Each person will receive a 30 min. private session which is recorded and mailed to you! Don't worry if you don't know how to do this! I don't either! :) I will figure it out and send you the information! I am now taking Cyber Appointments for April.

| Cancellation Policy Unfortunately, I have come to the conclusion that I must enforce a cancellation/ late policy. I have had more "no-shows' in the past 3 months than in all the years of doing this... I do not always have the time to confirm appointments.. so it is up to you to write your appointment time and date down. You are more than welcome to send me an email confirming your time.. in fact, that helps me! If you have scheduled an appointment and can not keep it, PLEASE tell me as soon as possible! I have a cancellation list a MILE long- MANY people will be very happy to use your time slot! All I ask is for 24 hours notice. If an appointment has to be rescheduled, you do have to wait the waiting list time again.. I can not reschedule an immediate appointment.
If you are late for an appointment, I am unable (in most cases) to make up the time lost. The appointment time will remain the same at the same cost. Please plan accordingly. Thank you all for your understanding!!! | | | | |
